On the 16th of April, the French Erasmus team went to the volcano « La Soufrière » with Henri MARIE, a biologist and mountain guide. The objective was to observe the volcano from different aspects. We were able to trace its history by analyzing the different types of rocks and successive faults. He makes us aware of the richness and the fragility of the flora and fauna existing on the slopes of the volcano.
